How to Use

Voucher Redemption:
Please present your Tickettail e-voucher upon arrival at the venue.

วิธีการใช้ Voucher:
กรุณาแสดง e-voucher จาก Tickettail ณ จุดให้บริการเมื่อเดินทางถึงสถานที่

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are non-cancellable once payment has been completed.

นโยบายการยกเลิกการจอง:
ไม่สามารถยกเลิกการจองได้หลังจากชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว

1. Choose your package
Please select your preferred package, travel date, and number of participants.

2. Make a payment using one of the following methods:
2.1) Bank transfer*
2.2) Credit or debit card
2.3) Payment agents (FamilyMart, TrueMoney, Big C, mPay, CenPay, Pay@Post)*

* Payment must be completed within 24 hours after booking, or by 2:00 PM on the day prior to your visit, whichever comes first.

3. For bank transfer payments
Please confirm your payment using the link below.
(If you pay using other methods, payment confirmation is not required. You may skip this step.)

4. Receive Your QR Code
A QR Code for admission will be sent to your email.

1. เลือกแพ็กเกจ
เลือกประเภทแพ็กเกจ วันที่ต้องการใช้บริการ และจำนวนคน

2. ชำระเงิน โดยเลือกวิธีใดวิธีหนึ่งต่อไปนี้
2.1) โอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร*
2.2) ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตหรือบัตรเดบิต
2.3) ชำระผ่านตัวแทนรับชำระเงิน (Family Mart, TrueMoney, Big C, mPay, CenPay, Pay@Post)*

* กรุณาชำระเงินภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังทำการจอง หรือภายในเวลา 14:00 น. ของวันก่อนวันใช้บริการ แล้วแต่กรณีใดถึงก่อน

3. กรณีโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร
กรุณายืนยันการชำระเงินผ่านลิงก์ด้านล่าง
(หากชำระด้วยวิธีอื่น ไม่จำเป็นต้องยืนยันการชำระเงิน สามารถข้ามขั้นตอนนี้ได้)

4. รับ QR Code สำหรับเข้าใช้บริการ
ระบบจะส่ง QR Code สำหรับเข้าใช้บริการไปยังอีเมลของท่าน
