In this session, our speakers will share their own personal experiences, highlighting the need to develop a workforce with a global mindset.  Here, you will discover what steps your organization can take to develop such a workforce. 

TOPIC:  Fun Focus:  Bringing back our innate way to develop skills and knowledge:  Playing, Winning, Losing, Recovering, Reflecting, and Learning

The organizational intention of training and development becomes more stressful as higher expectations are placed on employee performance.  Often times, employees feel that they are forced to join professional development sessions without a real desire to attend. It is well-known that work-related stress impairs one’s ability to learn and develop to their full potential.

As children, we all learned by playing and exploring.  Our playful experiences were real-life simulations in which we organically learned what to do and what not to do in different situations.  As such, we unconsciously learned from the fun that we had.

As adults, our learning experiences are derived from the more conventional methods of classroom learning, reward & punishment, rule & order, examinations, etc.

This session serves as a chance for participants to experience “Fun-Focus” simulations, where our facilitators will share with you new and different ways to interact and learn with your employees. 

TOPIC : Personal Branding:  A Leadership Requirement to Success
